Russ Kahn

With more than 30 years of experience in furniture manufacturing, Russ is a seasoned operations and transformation leader known for guiding organizations through complex change. At ITE Partners, he provides strategic direction across U.S. operations and plays a key role in shaping client engagements and long-term growth initiatives.

Russ began his career at Haworth, where he advanced through leadership roles in quality, engineering, and enterprise systems, contributing to the successful transformation of a traditional manufacturing facility into a flexible, demand-driven operation. He later joined Virtual Systems (VSI) as a senior leader overseeing major client implementations and cross-functional teams. Following the company’s acquisition by 2020 Technologies (now Cyncly), he served as Product Manager for Insight, a furniture manufacturing ERP solution, driving product strategy and customer-focused innovation.

As a founding member of ITE Partners’ U.S. organization, Russ oversees application architecture and system design across the firm’s business transformation initiatives and serves on the ITE Partners project steering committee, guiding scalable business transformation solutions for complex manufacturing environments.
