Jeff Langford

Jeff Langford was born and raised in the Rocky Mountains. His work reflects his love for Montana's history and Old West traditions. From an early age, Jeff enjoyed creating and building all kinds of things. His first attempt at a business was at the age of six, making cutting boards in the shape of Montana. This venture was promptly shut down when his mother discovered he was using dangerous power tools. Despite early setbacks, he persevered, and in 2005, opened Outlaw Woodworks LLC. He found his niche in cabinetry. Decades of experience in the construction industry provided a solid foundation for Outlaw Woodworks. Jeff's commitment to analysis and innovation in response to industry shifts has resulted in a durable, stable business.

His greatest passion lies in business—transforming from working for wages to running a highly systemized, right-sized company. This approach generates profits that exceed industry norms and gives him the freedom to step away from daily operations. His study and consulting of many businesses have led to the evolution and proof of his disruptive theories on some intangibles. Blazing the way with custom machinery and collaborating with leading companies in the industry, Jeff has developed methods and systems that allow for ease of training, a small footprint, and ultimately predictable quality and timelines.
